The MGM Resorts International added 250,000 sq. ft. growing to a total of 850,000 sq. ft. to the renovated facility that seamlessly connects the existing conference center and the expansion on all three levels. The expansion included a 5,500 sq. ft. outdoor courtyard for private events, two large ballrooms, one of 49,000 sq. ft. ballroom and the other 32,000 sq. ft. ballroom, three junior ballrooms and 11 breakout rooms
M-BIM Vircon’s scope included 3D BIM modeling and shop detailing of approximately 2,400 tons of steel structure, containing 500 tons of modularized roof and floor trusses.
